"The funny thing about choosing sides is that you don't have to be all the way one one side or the other . It's okay to be feeling like 'this is the one I align a little bit more , ant it's not perfect,but at least there's stuff I can appreciate a little bit more on this side.'"

Ο καλύτερος τρόπος για να αξιολογείς μια ηγεσία είναι να διερωτάσαι τι σφάλματα είναι ικανοί να κάνουν.
